Yes, you can opt for B.Sc LLB, but not all NLUs provide these courses, there are certain NLUs which provides these courses. So, it's better to check out which are those NLUs that provide these courses.

Yes, you are eligible for this entrance as the eligibility for B.Com is to pass in (10+2) from a recognised board or equivalent to it. Yes, a commerce student can apply for B.Com degree.
