College name matters a lot and so does the market value of the college.
Doing B.Tech from IIT and B.Tech from some ABC college are different, so is the case of B.Sc in nursing.

Admissions are only merit based and as no entrance exam is conducted, you'll not find information regarding the cutoff. So you should have a favorable score in your 12th to get admission without any problem. Although it is to be kept in mind that the minimum eligibility criteria is 50% in 12th. <p>For MA, Andhra University - Kakinada Campus is affordable. Tution fee for each semester is Rs.5200 and for the entire year it is Rs.10400. It is very much affordable. Additional fees is less than Rs. 5000 for entire 2 years. So for the entire course, fees is approximately around INR 25000.</p>

You haven't clarified what course you're looking for, but still if you want a comparison between DCRUST & UPES, then I would say that UPES is a far better university for engineering.
Be it B. Tech, M.Tech, MSc, BSc they have great faculty and provide amazing industry placement to the students.
So if you're looking forward on choosing any one of them, you should choose UPES as your first choice.
