Eligibility is (10+2) or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/ or Math as main subjects and a min score of 55%. Admission In reputed institutes is usually through entrance exam whereas in other institutes you can take direct admission. I am enlisting a few good colleges which are doing really well in this field and are known for their quality education and better placements. Top colleges are:

According to my information, admission starts from 24th July. Every college has its own admission date. So, you have to rush to the college in which you are interested, fill up the form, and take admission. Regards.

You will have to appear for PU's own entrance test for B.Sc. that is CET ug (common entrance test). The score of this test will be normalised with your 12th board marks and then merit lists will be prepared. PCM is the required combination. :)

Colleges in North campus are comparatively better than south campus.
All college in North campus are good.
In south campus, there is Venkateshwara College and ARSD college.

Courses at PU, The final merit list is prepared by considering 75% weightage of PU CET 2020, 25% weightage of 10+2 examination and over and above weightage of NCC, NSS, etc. Because your rank is too higher, The ranks below 100 can be considered safe for admissions because the total number of seats here are 40 only. Hello, I am assuming you to be of General category so 85% is really low if you want to get admission in DU. Generally, the cutoff percentage is above 90 here.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination Diploma from a recognized state or central board.He/she must have obtained at least 50% (relaxable for reserved category candidates) marks at 10+2 or equivalent level with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as a subject of studies. He/ She shall not be having any Supplementary or Compartment in any of the subject/Subjects at 10+2 or equivalent level that is yet to be cleared at the time of taking admissions.

You should have studied physics, chemistry and biology in your 10+2 as the main subjects and must have secured minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of 3 subjects and 50% marks in English as a compulsory subject.

Excluding maths in the best of four list, your percentage is 84%. For general category, there is hardly any chance of getting honours. You may get B.Sc. (Physical Sciences), if lucky.

Sorry, you are just short by 13 marks in mathematics to get admission in DU. Otherwise you have scored decent marks in the rest of the subjects and would have easily made through the admission procedure. I think you should take a chance and apply for revaluation in Maths and hope for the best.

DU scholarships provides a medium for any meritorious students with a poor financial background to support their higher education. Students from all DU colleges are eligible for this scholarship. Most of the scholarships are basically grants for books except SH. Prem Prakash Award and Dev Raj and Sushila Seth Scholarship. Payment of scholarships will be released by the principle after student gives detailed information to the registrar of DU. Please check for important dates to apply for scholarships at DU.
