After doing B.Sc. In Chemistry it is best to go for chemical engineering in B.Tech. As chemical engineering branch is most similar to B.Sc. Chemistry than that of other branches in engineering. You can take the GATE exam to gain admission to the postgraduate programme after your Bachelor's.

Hello Shashikant,
You have very low or no chances to get a NIT or IIIT as your rank under SC category is 15000. You may get a college by your home state rank (if any colleges are in your state).

college choice expert,

Dear,
B.Sc from BHU is really a good option. Don’t come in AKTU (if you will not get any good college). Try to get admission in IET-Lucknow or KNIT-Sultanpur. These colleges have good history of producing good engineers.
