If you are looking at doing Masters or PG, CUSAT is definitely better that CET. I work very closely with Academics and personally believe that academic freedom to design courseware for the quality of their students is something that is needed to impart good quality education. Hello,12th exam percentage is required but the cutoff is not very high for that it will be around 40-60% also you need to take entrance exam for some of the courses, it varies college to college.
