It's interesting proposition which you are making. Yes, there are many students who follow this route of getting success rather than going to the syllabus and understanding the subjects. I will definitely not recommend this approach because it is not doing any value addition to you. You will be spending time in only trying to find out how to answer but you will not gain much knowledge. You can appear for CSIR NET Exam. While entering the details in application form you can mark "result awaited". But at the time of final procedure you should not have any backlogs.
So, you have to try to clear all the backlogs before the exam.
The minimum percentage required to take the exam is 55 (For the general category). So you should remember that if you have cleared all your backlogs but your percentage is below 55 then you will not be able to take your exams too.
