<p>Candidate having a BTech Degree from IITs and having a CGPA/CPI score of 8.00 (on 0-10 scale) and above are exempted from the requirement of GATE qualification. Candidates having two years of relevant work experience are exempted from the requirement of GATE score, provided their candidature is sponsored by the employer. They are not eligible for award of Teaching/Research Assistantship. Sponsored (SW) category students with B.Arch or any equivalent degree in architecture can also apply for Construction Technology and Management.</p>

Hello Mateen, CSE branch of IIT-B is priority of top rankers of JEE Advanced pass outs. Here the cutoff is about +2 more than official intake! But then as a rule of thumb, one should be in 95 percentile to get admission here.

<p>IIT Bombay offers admission to the BDes course on the basis of performance in the UCEED exam. The cutoff was released as opening and closing cutoff ranks. For the SC All India category candidates, the cutoff rank in the Round 1 was closed at <strong>7</strong>. In 2024 and 2023, the cutoff ranks were closed at <strong>5</strong>. Therefore, the competition for the SC AI category candidates has shown a slight decline since the past 2 years.</p>

<p>JEE Main counselling schedule is released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority after the declaration of the JEE Main result. The counselling shall be conducted in the months of June and July, tentatively. There seat allotment process is carried out through JoSAA counselling. Students securing the required marks in JEE Advanced become eligible for participation in counselling for admission to NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs including IIT BHU.</p>

Firstly after going through such an exhausting process of getting admitted to IIT-Mumbai, why you need to switch to B.Sc? Getting admission in B.Sc is very simple. You can tell IIT-Mumbai that you are no more interested in B.Tech and take TC from them.

<p>IIT Guwahati BTech admissions dates for the academic year 2025 have not been released yet. However, the BTech admissions for the academic year 2025-26 are expected to begin soon at IIT Guwahati.
