You can pursue M.Sc maths in distance mode from IGNO (Indra Gandhi Open University). There is no entrance but admission is on the basis of merit and you can also do it from Delhi University on private basis but there will be no classes and admission will be without any entrance.

Total seats for M.Sc Biotechnology in MBT are 60 so getting a merit no. under 100 is the best chance to get a confirmed seat.
The cut-off rank is under 100.
If you have a rank higher than this then you have very less chances of getting a seat for M.Sc.
