Clear your basics.
Start your preparation with DMS as it is very very important subject.
Study simultaneously two subjects else you will get bored.(Depends on you)
Every day 23 hours regular study is enough for GATE preparation.
As soon as you complete the topic, solve the Previous year GATE question papers or exercise problems given at end of chapter in book.
Repeat the procedure same for all subjects.

Preparing for NID and NIFT require a much amount of time as competition in both the exams are quite high. You should set your time table and should exercise aptitude questions, your sketching should be your plus point as well as your general knowledge and English should be up to the mark. If these things are good enough then you only require practice. Just practise more and more as much as you can do.
PS: Refer to Arihant book for previous year questions. Give your preference to NID first than NIFT.

You need to first clear your aim what you actually want to do, that is, whether to clear GATE or UPSC. Yes, you have sufficient time to clear UPSC but for that, try to make your basics strong, like your GK level. By preparing your class 11th and class 12th syllabus thoroughly. Depending on your capabilities, you may have to pursue a coaching later. The best way to prepare now is to focus on your Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Prepare them as you would prepare for IIT. Because, the syllabus is same you will score better marks in your class 11th and as well in JEE.
To prepare for GATE, first check the syllabus of GATE and then prepare accordingly. Just check all the concepts of second year and third year. After that try to solve and practice as much numerical as you can from different books. Take one topic at a time and solve different questions. First choose a subject and complete it topic wise and then move to other. Choose the subject in which you are strong so that you can complete it early. Accordingly, you can choose subjects as per your difficulty level.

You must do self-study. You can choose FIITJEE coaching. It is very good than any other and for JEE main, you can choose it. But without self study, you cannot crack JEE Main.

To get into IITs only JEE exams should be cleared and if you are qualified you should appear for JEE Advanced and get a good score to get into premier IITs.
There is no need to apply for any other entrances to get into an IIT.
