You can get the syllabus for the exam from TU website. Most of the questions are related to those topics only. You can prepare your core subjects from any book having MCQs. My friend prepared from S. Hand publisher book and there were many questions in the exam from that. You can prepare from any other book also which is for Lateral entry exam. Talk to your parents and teachers about this and explain your problem. They know you better and will tell you proper solutions. The only thing I can recommend against distraction is to cut off from Internet, phones and TV and restrict your social time. Envision your goal, imagine your life with and without it, commit to it and start acting for it. To be honest you only lack motivation. If you really want to crack JEE then give yourself a reason for it.
