National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) is the gateway to several top-notch medical and dental colleges at the undergraduate level. The purpose of NEET is exam is to streamline the process of admission in MBBS and BDS courses. Whole of the admission under these two courses would come under this exam.
So NEET result is not requires for B.Sc admission.

As you are first year student, my dear, you are not eligible to apply. In your second year you can apply and if you get good rank it is valid for two years. Nextly, it would help you to gain experience about the question set and how you have to manage timing next time. Hello Nidhi Singh, there are many universities in India and deemed to be universities which do not conduct any entrance test for admissions to post graduate courses in Science streams. But on the other hand there are some famous examinations conducted by some of the universities and institutions for admitting students for M.Sc.
