You may join a coaching institute for civil services preparation as it would give you a basic idea and if you waste 3 years then it is quite tough to crack UPSC exams.

Applying for government job then make you so beneficial for your career. Even when you get promotion opportunity then your higher degree education helps you a lot. To become a bank manager, the first step after your class 10 is that you should join Commerce stream in class 11 and complete your 12th with high grades. For admission in Biotechnology, you need not to prepare Maths and physics for the same as for admission in any post graduation degree you need to prepare only the subject for which you are seeking admission. Some universities may have MAT section as well, you can prepare for that but no need to prepare Maths and physics.
