Dear aspirant, Difficulty levels, pattern, syllabus and questions are just similar to NTA Exams, and almost all questions are from NCRET, it's a great platform to judge your preparation. It was either easier or of the same level as the actual JEE Main but can't be tougher than that.

Basically, there are 3 sections in CAT exam - verbal ability, DILR, Quants.
Verbal ability-
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page. Try to make summary of articles that you read para by para. However, reading newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis.
DILR-

Hi Hemant,
You must keep your basic concepts clear of your computer science subjects. Mainly the subjects in the 3rd and 4th year are covered in GATE. But, the basic foundation starts from 1st. You can go through previous years question papers to get a feel of toughness and difficulty of GATE.
GATE is an easy exam to crack, if you are through with subject knowledge and good in applying them. You can refer to study materials available in market by Made Easy or you can subscribe for material from Career Launcher to practice questions.

EAMCET and BITSAT are totally different exams. In BITSAT, English and logical reasoning is included and EAMCET is very easy as compared to it. BITSAT and JEE Mains exam is of same level.

<p>Yes, it is possible to score 99.99 percentile in CAT in first attempt. Many toppers of previous years' are such candidates. One must study in a focussed manner and do a lot of mock test practice. Exam day strategy is also crucial for better performance.</p>

CAT and MAT exams require time. You can start your own preparation for both the exams by collecting material from the market. Later on, you can take coaching from a reputed institution and then solve old question papers to crack the exam.

To prepare for any of the jam exam
1. Get through the syllabus
2. Collect coaching and handwritten notes
3. Complete the syllabus atleast 1 month before the exam
4. Revise the syllabus and make short notes
5. Give mock test , so that you can know how well you have learnt the concepts.
The last month should be utilised only in revision not in new concept learning.

CAT is a test of how active, hardworking and techniques knowing you are.
To learn techniques you may join a coaching institute and try solving every type of questions. Don't go into detail, try variety of questions. Keep watch on the pattern of the exam.
Do mock papers and keep working.

If you manage to get preparation along with your job then it is the best option for you. But if you won't be able to do that then you could go for it. Preparation for GATE is a good choice for you to get admission in IIM.
