You stand a strong chance of being admitted to Osmania University's M.Sc. Biotechnology programme because you are in the BC-B category and have a rank of 455 in CPGET 2024. Your chances of being admitted are higher in the BC-B category because it usually has a lower cutoff than the General category. Rankings in this range have historically been accommodated by Osmania University for a variety of programs, particularly for specialised courses like Biotechnology. The amount of applications and total entrance exam results, however, may affect the precise number of seats available and the cutoff for your particular category each year.... View more

Engineer | Author,

Hi,
RWTH Aachen is among the best. There is no good and bad university in Germany, all are highly ranked. You can also check TU Munich, TU Berlin, University of Stuttgart, etc. You must complete your Bachelor's degree with very high academic grades, around 75% is minimum. You must take the IELTS as well. Apart from these you must also show outstanding project works, research work, publications, etc. Knowledge of German language is recommended.

The M.Sc. Microbiology department at Abasaheb Garware College, Pune (Welcome to MES Abasaheb Garware College, Pune) has a very well-known and established Microbiology department. It is a granted course, and that's why the fees is less. The admissions are based on the aggregate of your B.Sc marks.
The microbiology departments at Fergusson college, Pune http://www.fergusson.edu/ (where I did my BSc from) and at Savitribai Phule Pune University are also very good.

Since you are an international student, you are going to have to pay out of state tuition rates for whichever school you attend. So, your tuition is going to be high. For engineering/business that means, your tuition will be in the ballpark of $35,000 per year. Your yearly cost of doing a Masters would be around $40,000, which includes your accommodation, tuition, and other expenses related to the course.
Regards.

The qualifying degree test is the main factor used to determine the cutoff scores for admission to M.Sc programs at the Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS) Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline with at least 50% of the possible points is required of candidates. Depending on the subject selected an admission exam could occasionally be necessary as well. Academic achievement and any other departmental requirements are usually taken into consideration when granting admission.
