If the topics are like 'I am honest', 'Respect yourself and others will respect you' then you can link any instances of real life you experienced or read somewhere and the learning / inference from the same. Try to maintain a flow of the writing intro., main theme and conclusion. If you know any good quotes then you can use it for your conclusion or introduction.

I would suggest you to decide this by your interest areas. Either of MBA or CA both are good. With CA, you can go very high in terms of salary.
At the same time, jobs in banking sectors are also good. You can also appear for bank PO exams.

For MBA in USA, you need a good score in GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS. Some universities require work experience too, so first choose universities which do not require it and see their individual requirements. For GMAT, you may go for coaching.

For MBA, you have to prepare for CAT exams. There are no separate exams for MBA in IT. After clearing CAT exams and on the basis of the percentile, you can apply to colleges which have MBA in IT management. You can start your preparation for CAT from 2nd-years itself which help you in getting good scores.

Its not a negative point . Prepare well ,get a good score in CAT and pursue MBA from tier -I MBA institutions .In case you work for more period say 1/2 years prior to pursuing an MBA then you will have an advantage over other students at the time of campus placement.
