Yes, you can start preparing for the second session of JEE after your board exams in mid-March. However, keep in mind that the JEE exam is highly competitive and requires consistent and focused preparation. So, it is recommended that you start preparing as early as possible and make a study schedule that allows you to cover all the topics and concepts that are tested in the exam. This will give you sufficient time to revise and practice past papers, which can be a valuable part of your preparation strategy. *note : do upvote if I was helpful and follow me to get more information in future.

A month’s preparation might not be enough as after 12th, many terms/concepts will be new for you. So make up your mind in terms of your area of interest. As per your class 12th subjects, Engineering will suit you. But on the other hand, One month will not be a healthy duration for preparation of such competitions.

You can crack CLAT in one month of your strategy is good. The good strategy is -
1- get a crash course, get the through knowledge of the pattern and will keep you going.
2- buy mock test series from 2-3 coaching. Given one mock every week for one month, then 2 every week for the second and keep increasing the frequency like this. For the last one week of CLAT give a mock each day. Analyse the mocks, the whole purpose of mock is to analyse mistakes.
3- for Current Affairs you have enough time, make regular Current Affairs for the next 4 months and catch up for the last 6 months.
4- be consistent with your preparation.
