*If you are asking about admission to UG courses, then most of them are merit-based. It means you don't have to give a test. Marks of 12th class are considered. However, there are some UG courses the admission to which happens via DU JAT (an entrance test of DU). They are :
1. BMS: Bachelor of Management Studies
2. BBA (FIA): Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis)
3. BBE BA (Hons) Business Economics.
There are Entrance exam for some of the universities. However, he/she will be considered for admission if he/she fulfils the other requirements of admission. I think, yes you are eligible to do M.Sc Maths after B.Tech (ECE), but mostly it depends on the university, where you are going to pursue Master’s degree.
