<p>MDSU Ajmer MSc admissions are finalised when the candidate has completed the document verification and paid some amount of the tuition fees. Candidates have to pay some amount of the tuition fees at the end of the admission process after they are selected for admission. The admission into the programme takes place through the result secured in graduation. To be eligible for admission into the programme candidates need to have a valid graduation degree and a minimum 60% aggregate in Class 12.</p>

You do not need to worry about the NEET cut off for getting admission in to the B.Pharma course. NEET is the entrance required to get admissions in the medical courses, but the B.Pharma is a paramedical course.
In order to be eligible to apply for Utkal University, one must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with biology subject. D.Pharma (Diploma of Pharmacy) holders are eligible for admission into B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy) after completing the degree D.Pharma.

About 140-180 can be the range for M. Sc. cut off differing with the specialization one would want to choose.
