Hi,
It depends on you whether you want to pursue it from Private or Government colleges. Private colleges have higher fees but you can do M.Sc. From Government colleges in a lower fee and can get a placement if you do from top colleges. There is an exam IIT JAM conducted for M.Sc. Admission in top colleges of India like IITs, NITs, IISc, etc. You can appear in this exam if you are eligible and wish to do M.Sc. From such top colleges.

It greatly depends on this choice of your course. Ireland, as, USA is a good choice for data science programs. USA is good for any Stem and Non Stem program. Canada abs Germany is also good for the research oriented programs. If you apply to USA, Canada, Germany then ielts or TOEFL and gre is required. If you apply to Australia only ielts is required. You should have good academic aggregates also
