Hi,
As per the announcement, I think there will be a compulsory examination for engineering which existed before that is AIEEE. The JEE main and advanced will remain the same I think as they are exclusive for NITs and IITs.
It will be for the betterment for the engineering students and I think it will be beneficial.
It's 4th May, as per some websites. In addition, you can visit the official website.
Hello Lavi,
It's totally dependent on your category because if you are from general category then it’s a no. If you are from OBC-NCL then also still no. If you are from SC/ST, you can get a low ranked NIT with a civil branch. If you are from PWD, then yes in any NIT or IIIT of your choice with your favorite branch.
