There are several number of universities which offers course of M.Sc. Biochemistry. Some of the famous universities are - (1) PGIMER Chandigarh. (2) Maharshi Dayanand university, Rohtak (3) Kurukshetra university, Kurukshetra (4) Amity university, Gurgaon (5) PDM university, Bahadurgarh and others. Admission process is through CUET and CUCET Exam. Some university also gives direct admission based on your past performance. Fees ranging from 15k per annum to 1 Lacs per annum.

JNU CEEB 2018 exam pattern for biotechnology course admissions is such that it comprises of two streams technology and life sciences, and aspirants who are appearing for this exam have to write both papers I.e technology and science stream paper. Yes, You should continue M.Sc in bio-tech. There is no age limit for M.Sc. Okay. You want to get admission in M.Sc. You apply for IIT JAM and well prepare for it. If you get a better score. You eligible for IIT college in India or IISC and IISER. These colleges give admission by jAM only. Okay If you don't interest to write jam then some college conducting there an entrance exam for M.Sc. You continue M.Sc with those exams also.

MGU is a good option.
