It will be challenging, a three year degree also is not easily accepted in Canada. You may consider gaining some work experience and strengthen your profile before applying to any university.

Yes, Ireland is a good place to do MS in computer Science. The idea of studying in Ireland is a good option, because of country strong reputation in the software industry. Part of the course content of the joint programme might be an internship in the industry, which is appealing because work experience is very important in this field, and it will also let me get a taste of what working will actually be like. As far I know job opportunities are also equally good.

Your question is incomplete as you Haven't mentioned which course you want in MS Ramaiah.
So, with KCET 2544, you can get a seat but CSE, ECE are difficult.
College is around 50-70k (You will get scholarship if you belong to special background) and hostel normal cost around 1 lakh.

M.Sc. Food Science and Technology Eligibility
Candidate should possess B.Sc in Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Quality control, Food Technology and Management, Agriculture, Horticulture and Home Science with a minimum of 50% marks.
All the candidates eligible as mentioned with above eligibility criterion have to pass entrance examination conducted by the Department of Food Science & Technology in respective institutes.
