In the book by Dubey and Maheshwari, there is a little less explanation of specific topics, especially the general microbiology part. Whereas, the book by Ananthanarayan and Paniker, is presented in a simple understanding language and manner. This book is more useful, hence I would suggest you to go for this one.

1. A Common Entrance Test is also conducted by the ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research).
2. A few universities in India also conduct their own entrance test for admission to the course. Good luck.

- Commerce and Science these two are two different streams so I would say no you can not do M.Sc. . after you do B.Com. There might be some courses in which you can do but they are very limited. - Upon achieving the M.Sc. . in Commerce, many students go on work in fields closely related to the degree. Many choose to pursue work in financial services, global economics, marketing, advertising, economics or consulting, while others choose to teach within higher education.
