Yes, you have a good score but it is not enough to get into any SPA or NIT. You have to get approx. 99 or above to get into any of the colleges I mentioned. Try hard in the April examination to secure the spot.

Admission in JJ College is based on the boards marks and NATA marks combined. Also, you need around 170 + marks in NATA after a board marks around 80% in 12th and similar to get a seat in it. Moreover, it does not accept JEE Mains marks.

Sorry, but, government colleges, be it NITs, SPAs and other renowned colleges with this rank are not likely to get into your odds of getting admission. Kindly try for private universities or at hard, autonomous state government institutes offering B.Arch.
Best of luck.

Yes, you may get into Andhra University for B.Arch with above score in NATA.

First of all, the colleges that you get does not depend on how much you scored in individual subjects but your overall marks and with these marks it's not possible to get any government architecture college as your rank is quite low
all the government architecture institutions close within 3000 rank between drawing score is given more weightage than the mathematics marks and because of your class 12th marks too you can't get any government college as the requirement is 75%.

Last year, the final cut-off was between 250 and 290 for general candidate. You have a great chance. The cut-off generally varies according to the competition and toughness of paper each year.

The top colleges through JEE main Paper 2 are
Jamia Millia Islamia, SPA's and NITs but unfortunately, they close at a rank under 2500-3000 and a score of 235 so trying a government college through JEE paper 2 will be not useful. As for NATA you may try MS University, Vadodara or CEPT Ahmedabad but unfortunately, again, JJ College of Architecture closes at 150 or 148 marks.
