Assuming you are from general category you need atleast 175+ marks to get a better seat in core and technical branches. Your board percentage will only lend you through the eligibility and the marks for Mains through the counseling. Try for other autonomous colleges to seek a better branch. Best of luck.

With 208 rank in JEE Mains Paper 2 B.Arch exam under PWD category and a good score in your class 12th, you have chances to secure admission in good colleges.
Talking about best private architecture colleges in India, here is my list:
HZU (Himgiri Zee University), Dehradun
Aayojan School of Architecture
ACN College of Management and Engineering
Acharyas NRV School of Architecture
Adhiyamaan College of Engineering
Out of the colleges mentioned above, I think Himgiri Zee University as one of the best university for pursuing architecture. Hi,
If you have not given JEE Mains paper 2 exams, you can give NATA exams. NATA is conducted by council of architecture and its scores are valid in many colleges for architecture.
You can get admission in this campus. This is a private self-financing college and the seats are usually available. This score is enough for admission to this campus.
Most probably yes. Your 12th marks and NATA /JEE Main scores are very good enough for getting Sir JJ COA. So you can be hopeful.
Go through this link to find out your answer. This is shiksha's official college predictor tool based on previous year’s data. Hope this helps. All the best.

Yes, you can. But the score should be good. Other wise it will be difficult for you to get into a good tier-1 campus. You can try Acharya NRV, Dayanadasagar, etc. with JEE Paper 2 score.
Hi Katyaini, As your rank is good enough to get you a seat in good NITs, you should try for NIT-Durgapur, IIEST Shibpur, MS Ramaiya Bangalore, SRM, MNNIT-Jaipur, and other good NITs. Best of luck.
You should compare your rank with last year's SC cutoff's ranks of NITs at
