Only you need to clear the minimum eligibility for colleges. Mostly, it is 75% for general and around 65% for rest category students (for NITs and rest central government colleges). It may be less for autonomous colleges and private universities, but not more than. Best of luck.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. No, there isn't any college which gives admission on the basis of 12th marks for architecture. Every college needs at least your appearance in NATA. NATA is a compulsory examination and also only a few colleges offer admission through JEE Mains paper 2. So, in order to get admission, you need to take NATA.

Yes, it is possible to get into an NIT with that score. You have to wait for the final round. The branch specification would not be sure but a decent NIT is not a hard deal at this score.
All the best.

Very tough chances for you to score a seat in NIT or IIITs being a general category student. So you may have to shift to other colleges.

BMS College Of Architecture - (BMSCA) Bangalore is accepting NATA and JEE Main paper-2 scores for B.Arch admission. 50% each weightage will be given to entrance and qualifying exams in preparation of merit list. The JEE Main Paper-2 score above 92 percentile can be good enough for admission here.
