Hi, the course you mentioned (M.Sc. Agriculture) is no more available to study at Shri Krishna University, Chattarpur, Madhya Pradesh. You can otherwise opt for PG degrees like M.Sc. Agronomy, M.Sc. (Plant Pathology) and M.Sc. (Genetic and Plant Breeding).

It depends from college to college
Admission for MSc Biotechnology is done through either a merit-based system or entrance exams. BHU PET, etc. Are some of the popular entrance exams for MSc Biotechnology. Some institutions provide merit-based admission for MSc Biotechnology.
The most preferred colleges of candidates of MSc Biotechnology. Loyola College, Chennai, Fergusson College, Pune, Stella Maris College, and Christ University. The course has an average fee of Rs.1,50,000.
Also the colleges like JMI , IIT has a fees around 30000-50000

Germany is a hub of science and technology so you can definitely think of pursuing Masters from there. Also, It will give you a great exposure in research. Just be careful in choosing the universities as it must be recognised in India if you later plan to work in the govt. sector specially.

The cutoff will be decided on basis of the number of candidates who appeared in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam.
For minimum qualification, you have to get 50% marks in the qualifying exam.

The MSc program is of 2 years and the total fees will cost you around 2 lakhs including registration fees and tuition fess.
