Sorry, 158 marks in JEE paper 2 is too high rank, because 300+ marks are considered for admission in B.Arch for NITs. So, you should try for any private college.

There are chances for you to get NIT as you are from reserved category but your state should have NIT with architecture branch.

Hi,
Delhi University conducts the Joint Admission Test (DU JAT) in the month of June. The exam is a gateway for admission to 6 colleges that offer Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) and 8 colleges that offer BBA (FIA) programs and Business Economics.

Registration for Architecture Aptitude Test commences after the announcement of IIT-JEE Advanced results. Eligibility Criteria for AAT Only the applicants who successfully qualified JEE Advanced can appear for AAT to get admission to B.Arch. So if you had given and qualified the JEE Advanced examination only then you will be allowed for AAT.

Sorry dear but 105 marks are not going to help you to fetch Jamia Millia Islamia for B.Arch because it is a govt. college and accepts a score of 300+ by general category students.
I hope you understand my point.
So, try for any private university/college.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NIT Rourkela or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

You can't get any government architecture college through your JEE score as it's really low, but you may try CEPT Ahmedabad, MS University Baroda, IP University or Vaastu Kala College through your NATA score.

Hello, hope you are doing well. No you are not eligible for NIT in architecture with 35146 rank.
Go for government college you will definitely get one. Else Nirma University, Symbiosis, IPS Indore, CEPT University, MS university are some good colleges for architecture you can also take admission in this colleges.

As you have appeared for JEE Mains (paper 2) only.
The best way to predict college through JEE main score is resonance college predictor:

If you have scored less marks in JEE, then there are many other colleges that conducts their own examsn and allot seats based on its score along with high scholarship.
Below mentioned are the universities, where you can apply to get admission:
1. BITS.
2. VIT.
3. Lovely Professional University.
4. SRM.
I have heard Lovely professional University have an excellent infrastructure, which provides a good opportunity to their students to explore their skills.
