You can't get any government architecture college through your JEE score as it's really low, but you may try CEPT Ahmedabad, MS University Baroda, IP University or Vaastu Kala College through your NATA score.

I think with this score, you have an average chance to get admission in SPA-Delhi. For an OBC candidate, 280+ is considered good for admissions into B.Arch course of SPA Delhi.
