Hey Anshuman, academic grades are the most important factor for admission in German institutes. Your grades seem pretty decent. Research work in a relevant field, publications, a little work experience will help. Knowledge of German language is also beneficial.

There is no such thing as JEE B.Arch Advance. You would give JEE Advance, if you would have given JEE Main paper 1. And, it is only meant for admission in IITS for architecture.

If you are appearing in these backs with your finals exams, you may definitely apply in good institutions but you must be sure you going to clear these backs. Few institutions also may allow you with confidential result of these particular backs, and you have to provide your final result i.e., DMC (marksheet) within 1 or 2 months. But in my opinion, you should drop for one year, so that, you'll have enough time for preparation of entrance exams.

Results of JEE Mains are expected by this month end and along with results, cut-offs will also be declared. Last year, it was 100. For Knowing your rank, you may need to take help from rank predictor sites.

Based on your results in JEE, you might get a scholarship but make sure that if a college gives you a free seat, check the quality, placement records, how many doctorate holders and after a clear-cut picture, you can step into a free seat college.
Mainly check the MOU's library.

No, you cannot get DU campus for engineering. By this rank, you can get another good college by this rank. Or, you can wait for the next year to get Delhi University campus for B.Tech.

No, you have not qualified CTET yet. It is 82 marks for reserved category and 90 marks for unreserved category. Be prepared again.
