MBA from USA will pay you the highest vs MS from USA and MBA from India. But B-schools in the USA would not even consider you application for admission into their MBA course unless you have atleast 2-3 years of experience. Of course there are some tier 3 and tier 4 schools which will give admission but I am talking about the top 15-20 here. Also do MS or MBA from the USA only if you wish to settle there. My personal recommendation is that you go for MBA in India from the top 10 b-school. And that's because of 2 reasons
1 The purchasing power parity in India is higher. Which means you will be able to afford more luxuries in India than i... View more

The curriculum of the program is structured brilliantly. It covers almost all the fields of Computer Science and Information Technology. Though the focus stays more on research and theory oriented subjects rather than practical implementation and coding. Post 2nd year, you'd hardly experience any new practical learning, apart from your projects. Also, you get a buffet of courses in the electives to choose as well. Coming to the placements, in spite of learning almost all the subjects of B.Tech CS & B.Tech IT, MS people are not eligible for most of the companies during placement. Most of the times they ask you to come for the company pre-pl... View more

Hi Sam,
First and foremost, you have to complete your undergraduate degree from a recognised university. You must be academically very strong and sound to be considered for admission in a German university. Normally if we look around, students who apply or being accepted by German institutions are very strong academically and have percentages in the range of 85 to 90% and above. Some other key requirements also include knowledge of German language although many universities do not require prior knowledge of German language. You must also take the IELTS. Your profile must be competitive and consist of excellent projects, research etc. ... View more

From an Indian citizen perspective, the answer right now my friend is NO. Irrespective of which college you are going for, or which degree it is that you are going for, UK right now is not a good option for those Indians who want to study and work there. As most of us are aware, the UK has made immigration very strict and almost no foreign student is allowed or given the post-study work visa. In simple words, you study there for your course duration on a student visa, and then the moment it expires, you have to come back to your country or go elsewhere. This is not an ideal scenario for students who are going for premium costly degrees suc... View more

I personally don't recommend petroleum engineering as your Bachelor's degree. Always pursue your Bachelor's degree in core sector, so that you can have a strong backup. Moreover, as this sector is cyclic in nature, it does't assure you jobs in odd times. Petroleum engineering very specialised and streamlined course. It is better to choose such courses at Master's level. If you pursue your degree in mechanical, chemical, civil or any other core branch, the basic fundamentals will remain same. As petroleum engineering is applied branch, fundamentals from your Bachelor will be useful. Anyone can enter in Petroleum engineering but vice versa m... View more
