Yes, you are eligible for PGDM program, as ISME consider many parameters other than aptitudes exam score, they consider the overall knowledge of a student. You need to go thought the GD-PI process for the final admission.

This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 Lacs rank easily and I think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fee structure is similar to VIT, Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And its infrastructure is not fully completed and still its under-development
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer to Vellore or Chennai campus now and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college. Marks varies from year to year. To get admission in BK, you have to be in top 50 students in CMAT merit list. The cutoff percentile revolves around 94 -95 each year. So you can predict according to your percentile.

You have good academic background. Regarding call for admission, it would be better if you check with the college website and the minimum cutoff required to get a call from the institute. Every year the criteria changes for the admission or GD-PI call, hence I would suggest you to get in touch with the institute, or current year students of that institute.

I would suggest you go for XIME Kochi. KSOM result will come in August if you are waitlisted till den you can not sit and wait. Join XIME Kochi and if you get converted to KSOM and at that point of time you want to join KSOM.
