Yes, you are. Criteria- you should to be graduate from a recognised college with a minimum cutoff percentage stated by respective college or university and preferably in Science stream. However, it was better if you would have specified the college you needed.

The eligibility is completing B.Tech or BE in mechanical engineering or automotive with atleast 75%. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. Some competitive universities also require the GRE.

There are two ways to do M.Sc. One is Integrated M.Sc. Physics which is done after 12 (5 years) and other is M.Sc. After B.Sc. (By JAM). Both are excellent. You can get a job in any research center or a job of professor. I hope it will help you.

Neha, with post graduation in Zoology you can compete in the state PSC and also in the UPSC exams for admin jobs in the Govt sector. If you can clear NET you stand a chance in the college education line (you may have to do PhD then). You can do B.Ed. for getting jobs at school education level. You can apply in provate industries in the Quality control department. You can work in Forensic science department. And you can also deviate from Zoology and find a career in general fields such as in Banking sectror, Insurance sector etc. The options are plenty Neha.

Sorry to say but you would not be able to enroll for M.Sc in mathematics in Netaji Subhas Open University.
The candidate must have completed graduation degree with mathematics as honours subject.
The candidate must have completed graduation degree from any recognized university and must have studied at least 300 marks in mathematics and secured at least 55% marks in mathematics are eligible.

The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Mathematics of IDOL Mumbai University is given below.
Eligibility criteria : Must have Passed T.Y. B.A./ B.Sc. with Mathematics as a Major Subject of this University OR Any Other Statutory University.
So B.E passed students are not eligible for this course.

The eligibility criteria for admission in M.Sc in chemistry is 45% marks in B.Sc.chemistry Honours and pass marks in Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Other formalities as decided by the University for admission required to be observed. So it is clear from Eligibility criteria of admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry that after B.Tech in CS you can't do directly M.Sc. in Chemistry.

The main criteria is to complete your Bachelor degree with very good grades. German universities only accept a brilliant students. Along with it, you must have a strong research profile. Take IELTS too. You can consider taking GATE but not compulsory.

The best kind of books are one your college notes. You should be well versed and through with your B.Sc Syllabus. Also, during your college time your teachers always tell you which book you should pick to study. Those are sufficient for the purpose.
