However the final year in post graduation candidates are also eligible to apply for the UGC NET exam. It's difficult to say without the rank but removing top 5, chances are there. You might get in 6-10 ranked colleges. One special advise if you can get an improvement in college by trading for CS by IS, don't think twice as both are same and there is no difference in any way, a better college is more impressive than a branch choice in the industry and the academic circles.
