Dear,
The eligibility criteria for admission in M.Sc in chemistry is 45% marks in B.Sc.chemistry Honours and pass marks in Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Other formalities as decided by the University for admission required to be observed. So it is clear from Eligibility criteria of admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry that after B.Tech in CS you can't do directly M.Sc. in Chemistry.

The minimum eligibility requisite for this post graduate program is a graduation degree in science and related fields.
ELIGIBILITY OF THE MASTER OF SCIENCE [M.SC] (BIOCHEMISTRY)
In order to become eligible for M.Sc. Biochemistry, the candidate should have Bachelors degree with minimum 50% marks aggregate in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology and other Life Sciences subjects. The main criteria is to complete your Bachelor degree with very good grades. German universities only accept a brilliant students. Along with it, you must have a strong research profile. Take IELTS too. You can consider taking GATE but not compulsory.

There is no MSc clinical nutrition and dietetics course only Clinical research is available. Eligibility criteria for MSc clinical research in PIMS is A recognised bachelor degree in any health science subject with minimum 50% of marks with chemistry/Biochemistry/organic chemistry as one of the main subject during graduation.
