Hello Shah Rukh!
The minimum eligibility marks in class 12th to get a college with JEE main and advanced marks (JOSAA counselling) you need to have at least 75% marks.
So, you are not eligible for JEE main 2018.
It is better to try for the colleges that admit based on both JEE main and board exam marks for admission.
Or else, you can go for a good university with your board exam scores and then do M.Tech in a reputed institution.

Mostly, distance education for MBA is not worth investing time or money. But it's your time and money so. Some government distance MBA colleges in Telangana are:
1. Osmania University (PGRRCDE - Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education).
2. Kakatiya University (SDLCE)
3. Dr. BR Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU)
I'm afraid that there aren't any more government colleges which provide distance education for MBA in Telangana.

Hi Meher,
The exams have already been held and the PI-What process has also come to an end. Hope that you applied and did good. All the best.
At first, my congratulations. Yes, you are getting good seats even if you stand in general category but chances are slim in government college. Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite a high fee, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario.
Yes, you are eligible for the JEE Advanced exam. Don't take tension about eligibility, go and register yourself at JEE Advanced official website:
