Hi there. If you have got the citizenship of India, only then can you apply under general quota. If you hold an OCI and do not have a domicile of India you can't be considered at par with general category students.
Check last year's cutoff (Ist, IInd. ), from that you will get an idea about your chances, because this year's cutoff will be almost similar to that of previous years. Also, keep working on your other options. If you get DU, then nothing is better than this.
