Privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4lks p. a (Tuition Fees) in a common scenario. And I don't know of donation as it not in accepted practices and quite illegitimate.

You will be completing your Diploma in mechanical engineering and after this you are seeking admission for B.Sc. Nautical. Many Institutions accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th exa. If this is the case with your intended institution then definitely you can seek admission for B.Sc. In nautical Sciences. However if they insist on 12th and if you have started Diploma after 10th then I am afraid you are in a difficult situation. If you are a resident of the Delhi then you will be able to get the branch as there is 85% quota for the Delhi domicile students but if you are non-Delhi student then it might be difficult for you to get the branch in IPU.

It is little difficult to say which branches you can get at 110. Basically, it depends on cut-off marks of Manipal.
But I think you can get either ECE or Civil.

Alone NATA score cannot be guaranteed for the admission in MSRIT, It also depends upon 12th marks and KCET, so yes, hope you get through it.

2017 placements will start from this October. So, you have to wait till then, but if you want you can check out previous years placement records (2017). It will give you a fair idea about the companies and the fee structure differs every year, though, you can expect it to be between 4.5 to 5 LPA.
