According to previous year's cut-offs and other collected data, for getting a B.A. M. S. government college (in Uttar Pradesh State under general category) one should have to obtain minimum "508 Marks". With 218 Marks, you apply for Private B.A. M. S. colleges. Hope you get it.

Yes, you are eligible for UGC NET exam. But make sure you fulfil all the eligibility criteria of the exam. You should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in post graduation if you are from the general category or if you belong to SC/ST/OBC/PWD category then you should have at least 50% aggregate marks. As you say you have 70% marks in MCA so you are definitely eligible for the exam. If you want to apply for JRF your age must not more than 30 years but for assistant professor no restriction on age. You can appear for that when you want to do.

It's great that you have selected Python to move forward because as you well know. PY is one of the fast moving language in Machine Learning, Cloud computing and web development. I am not finding institutes in Kerela who provides Python but I would suggest there are so many good and reliable online courses on Python.

Academic qualification is 12th mar-sheet for 12th class student and 10th certificate or 10th marksheet. Upload above document as in below 200 kb PDF file. If you choose fee waiver option then you upload income certificate other wise no use of it. Option fee waiver uses carefully because lot of student use this option and they have no income certificate.

Jamia Millia Islamia University does not conduct any official counselling round for admissions. However, in order to complete JMI admission formalities (if selected), candidates need to carry the original and attested copies of documents to the university campus for verification.

Yes, you can get admission in DU if you belong to OBC non creamy layer, you are considered as general category student. You can check out the cut-off for UG course on DU website.
