Privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4lks p. a (Tuition Fees) in a common scenario. And I don't know of donation as it not in accepted practices and quite illegitimate.

You will be completing your Diploma in mechanical engineering and after this you are seeking admission for B.Sc. Nautical. Many Institutions accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th exa. If this is the case with your intended institution then definitely you can seek admission for B.Sc. In nautical Sciences. If you are a resident of the Delhi then you will be able to get the branch as there is 85% quota for the Delhi domicile students but if you are non-Delhi student then it might be difficult for you to get the branch in IPU.
On the basis of NEET and 12th percentage, you will definitely get admission in Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). You have to directly visit the university and fill the admission form for that. Best of luck for your future and if any query, feel free to ask.
It is little difficult to say which branches you can get at 110. Basically, it depends on cut-off marks of Manipal.
But I think you can get either ECE or Civil.

2017 placements will start from this October. So, you have to wait till then, but if you want you can check out previous years placement records (2017). It will give you a fair idea about the companies and the fee structure differs every year, though, you can expect it to be between 4.5 to 5 LPA.

First of all, congratulations for getting a decent rank in UPTU. But why are you scared about colleges? You may definitely get the government college (IET, KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi, IERT Allahabad) with decent branches like CSE or IT.
Hi, You have no option to calculate your percentile score because percentile score is depend on -
1)Total no of candidate can appearing in the exam.
2)Number of candidates who have scored less marks than you. Both are unknown to you so you have not calculate it. Because this information is hidden to candidate. If you collect above two date then you can easily calculate your percentile.
