This, relatively, is inexpensive to most private institutions in India. The fee structure regarding undergraduate and postgraduate programs was also reasonable enough to become accessible to a larger number of students. However, the costs vary with courses and other additional materials apart from accommodation and living costs as well. Since the tuition fees are affordable, other expenditure in the budget should include extraneous costs like art material supplies, workshops, and practice-based training. On the whole, Utkal University of Culture offers good value for the quality of education in arts and culture.

For the first question, you have to practice still life in pencil. Just pick any random objects of different materials, place them and start making them on paper. Make sure you shade background and foreground as well. The second question will be based on your specialisation, for eg: applied art candidates will be expected to make a composition on given topics in mediums such as water color, poster, pencil color, oil pastels, etc. The final question will comprise of theory questions related to art. It's not too difficult, all the best.
