It will depend on the cut-off marks of Advanced and only from that, you will be able to get the desired rank.

No, you cannot get any NIT, IIIT or GFIT. You should try for either government or private engineering colleges like JECRC, LPU, SKIT, Poornima College, Chandigarh University, Arya College, etc. There are many more private colleges according to your location. Thank you.

According to me 65 marks is not enough,for a sc cast student NIT cutoff is expected at nearby 75 marks.
you can go for your state universities or private universities like lpu, they will provide you admission and better scholarship.

Yes, you can apply for JEE Mains exam. For JEE Mains 2018, you should have passed class 12th/equivalent not earlier than 2016. For the case of late results- If a candidate appeared in class 12th/equivalent exam in 2015 but got his result cleared in 2016, then you are not eligible to apply for JEE Mains 2018. They only allowed for three consecutive years after 12th for JEE Mains and 2 for JEE Advanced.

As you are general category student, you cannot get good NITs and good branches. But you may get a lower NIT and branch.

You have to fill up the online registration form in the Delhi university website. If you clear the cutoff of SRCC, you can come to the college in the given dates and get your admission done.

As stage 2, exam is scheduled on June 16. Hence, the results of NTSE will surely be out before June 16, 2019. Most probably, it would be out by 4th week of March or 1st week of June.

Candidates should have passed Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and persons with Disability). Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination can also appear provisionally.
