Well, yes, students whose background is that of Chemistry could ordinarily apply to M.Sc Biochemistry courses in India. Lots of Universities and Colleges would accept B.Sc graduates in Chemistry, as well as in other life science-related fields such as Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology and others provided their aggregate marks are within a minimum level (usually 50-60%). Ay school may need a good background in the particular related subjects or entrance examination. You should ensure that you have the right eligibility requirements to the M.Sc Biochemistry programme of that particular university.

It will be a real challenge. You need to contact some universities first, take WES evaluation. Some universities will hesitate to accept three year degree, but few will. A lot of groundwork and research must be done by you. Contact the universities.

If your four-year integrated B.Sc. B.Ed. programme includes relevant disciplines like biology, biotechnology, or related fields, then you can absolutely pursue an M.Sc. in biotechnology. Universities have different standards for admission, therefore you might have to fulfill prerequisites like minimum grade requirements or entrance examinations. Examine the prerequisites for admission to the colleges you are considering. Gaining more experience in biotechnology-related fields will also improve your application.
