Hi Rohan Nain, You can but limited universities will be available since you have a three-year degree course. You have to write to the universities personally, email them and find out. Visit the websites and read the FAQ section carefully and email them. Some may accept you after a WES evaluation. Once they confirm, you can apply and for that you have to take the GRE, TOEFL, etc.

You can get admission for M.Sc Chemistry by clearing your reappear exam first, and then apply for M.Sc Chemistry either by giving entrance exam of any university or apply to any private college for M.Sc Chemistry, but first you need to clear your reappear exam after that you are eligible to pursue your M.Sc Chemistry.

The college says as 40k academic fees per year for this 2 year course. It is not inclusive of the accommodation/hostel and other non academic fees as per the admission procedure. Saying "give fee", I believe you just refer to the academic fees. In addition there are some consumable charges/fees charged by the department on account of lab materials used.
