The cut-off rank is under 100.
If you have a rank higher than this then you have very less chances of getting a seat for M.Sc.
I was confused between chemistry and physics, so started a joint course, but eventually qualified, as a chemist and worked in industry on R&D on a chemical plant. If you have passed your 12th board then you can get admission in IIT or NIT for Integrated M.Sc or if you have cleared your B.Sc then you can go for JAM for only M.Sc in IIT. You can also choose some state government colleges.
