Since your background is biotechnology, it may be a challenge to get into Masters in other streams, however, if you have the aptitude then try for information technology or computer science as both have a fair chance for employment. Also, take a course of 2-year duration as anything lesser will not make you eligible for a post-study work visa and PR later. All the best.

It is very heartening to know that you are interested in doing your MS in Germany after completion of your engineering graduation in India. These days many students are heading to universities / institutions abroad for their PG. But a word of caution. There are many nuances before one gets admission.
