Almost every university does and has one or the other schemes. Scholarships are typically based on merit. If you have an average profile look for universities in top 20 to 50 or 60 to make admission possibilities easier for you. Go through their websites and understand their requirements, aids etc. Applying early and during the first rounds of admission is the key to a successful application.

Always here & happy to help u......,

Hi Ajeet,
GRE is necessary for most of the Canadian universities but they consider IELTS as their English standardisation examination. Apart from his GRE score, your friend will need-
-Statement of purpose, which will describe why he wants to join the programme he is applying for
-A well-drafted CV, which will contain all the necessary statistical data of his profile
-Transcripts, which will contain all of his graduation marks related grades in a single page.
-Recommendation letter, ideally from his college HOD, project guide, and teachers. Better the profile of the professor, the better his recommendation letter.
Hope this helps!
Thanks.
