Yes, there are certain private colleges which offer M.Sc without PUOCET. And also, you should check DAV College, call them and ask what are their criteria for admission, because if seats are left, they will get you admitted.

Here is an unbiased review by one of the students at Amity, Jaipur. You should be able to decide if the college is good for the course you want to pursue.
1) Placements : Placements for the senior batch held this year was good. 90% of our seniors were placed in good companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra etc. The placement record of Amity is 100% for our batch for the last 2 years.
