Sorry to say, but Utkal University does not offer BCA. It offers only MCA. So, you can try for other colleges also. Good luck.

<p>Yes, Utkal University has separate hostels for boys and girls. There are a total of 13 hostels, six for boys and seven for girls. Every hostel has a common room where boarders are provided with computer, WiFi, Library, newspapers, periodicals, and television. The students are also provided with computational facilities and WiFi. Each hostel has a mess facility.</p>

M.Sc Food Science & Technology program is not available at ANGRAU.
However the admission in other PG courses are made on the basis of previous academic record at Under Graduate level and performance in entrance test and the weightage would be in the ratio of 30:70. The entrance test shall be comprehensive one, covering all relevant subjects prescribed for the concerned Bachelor degree requirements of this University.
So Entrance test is must here for PG admission.

Since COMEDK exam is taken online so it's hard to get the previous year question papers. However, you can get some of the sample questions either online or some of the books published by the known publisher which are easily available in the market.
