Since COMEDK exam is taken online so it's hard to get the previous year question papers. However, you can get some of the sample questions either online or some of the books published by the known publisher which are easily available in the market.

The BC-B candidates are falling under the OBC category. The minimum eligibility criteria of UoH for M.Sc. Chemistry is given below.
Eligibility: B.Sc. with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of Science subjects with Chemistry as one
of the subjects, preferably in combination with Physics and Mathematics. ( 5 % relaxation for SC/ST/PH candidates).
So you need a minimum of 60% of marks in graduation for eligibility.

The quesions will not completely be same as given in the previous years' question papers, but the concept will be same. The type of questions coming in WBBSE board exams is same. Gujarat University admissions for a majority of courses are done on the basis of merit determined through candidates marks scored in the qualifying examination. Admission process of the varsity also requires candidates to appear for a counselling session after the merit list is released. As far as I know, there is no entrance test for this course.
