<p>No, you cannot get a medical seat even if you belong to the SC category since you have very low marks in the NEET UG 2023. The cut-off for the SC category in the general merit list is around 500 marks for the year 2023. It is advised to appear for re-examination so that you can try to improve your score. You can try applying for admission to the state quota. The state quota is usually less competitive than the general merit list.</p>
